We provide AI automation services according to agreement. Services are delivered according to specification and agreed timeline.
Payment
Payment Terms
Payment is made according to invoice with 14 days payment terms. In case of delayed payment, interest is added according to the Interest Act.
Right of Withdrawal
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period is calculated from the conclusion of the agreement. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at kontakt@eteya.ai.
Complaints
3-Year Complaint Period
You have a 3-year complaint period according to the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints are made by contacting us. For the first 2 years, the burden of proof lies with us.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for the service's function according to specification. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
IP Rights
All rights to deliverables and materials belong to Eteya Consulting AB unless otherwise agreed. The customer receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal use.
Force Majeure
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or omissions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, war, strike, government decision).
Termination
Termination
Agreements can be terminated with 30 days notice. Upon termination, the service ends and data is deleted according to applicable legislation.
Disputes
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, we first attempt to resolve them through direct negotiation.
If negotiation does not lead to a solution, you as a consumer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
ARN handles disputes between consumers and traders at no cost to the consumer.
