AI agents and automation for Swedish companies
Less manual work, built around a process that is already costing you time.
We build with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Fortnox, Stripe, Klarna and Python.
95 percent of AI pilot projects delivered no measurable result. It is not the technology that fails. It is the order of operations.

We start in a process that is already costing you time
Not in the technology. At Telestore we were not looking for something to use AI on. We took a problem: ten minutes per order, by hand.
We promise nothing we have not already proven
Anything with technical risk gets tested before it enters your plan and before it costs you anything. Most AI projects die because someone promised first and tested later. We do the opposite. It is also why we never build more than you need. What is already proven needs no long runway.
We measure in hours saved
13.4 hours a week at NordicRank. 27.7 hours at Telestore. Not "increased efficiency", but time that came back.
Our case studies
Three problems that might look like yours. What we built, and what it delivered. The numbers can be verified, and the rating lives on Google, not here.

"I used to work out the margin on a pizza only when I opened the next invoice. Now I see it in the app before I set the menu price."

5.0Kerem ÇelikThe problem
The margin per pizza was calculated by hand, and around ten percent of the ingredients were thrown away every week. Purchasing ran on gut feeling.
The solution
We built an inventory system connected to the till and the supplier invoices. It calculates cost per pizza in real time and suggests restocking every Sunday.
Results
Food waste dropped 32 percent, the margin rose 9 SEK per pizza, and 6 hours a week of manual stocktaking disappeared.

The problem
Orders and project data lived in Excel lists passed around the team. Typing errors and scattered status ate more than thirteen hours a week.
The solution
We built eighteen flows that replaced the lists: order intake, follow-ups, quality control, invoices and client reports, gathered in one view.
Results
13.4 hours a week back, and 99 percent fewer data entry errors.
"We were stuck in Excel. Eteya built a system that eats our orders for us."

The problem
The CEO of a wholesaler with 42 employees was drowning in email, meetings and operational small tasks. No time left for what actually grows the company.
The solution
We built an assistant that runs the inbox, plans the calendar, prepares meetings and tracks follow-ups.
Results
85 percent of incoming email is handled without manual input, and twelve hours a week came back.
"Now I have time to focus on growth, not just operations."

AI agents, automation and custom systems
AI agents
It receives a request, understands what it is about and does the job itself.
ExampleAn email arrives after closing time. The agent replies, checks the calendar and books the meeting.
The problemYou are drowning in email and small requests and never get to the work only you can do.
Automation
What is done by hand in three systems today happens in a single step.
ExampleAn order comes in. The invoice is created, the register is updated and the customer gets their confirmation, in one step.
The problemThe same task is typed into three systems, and the lists still never match.
Custom
AI systems
We build the system from scratch when no ready-made tool does what you need.
ExampleMonday morning the purchase proposal is already there, calculated from sales and your own rules.
The problemYou rent five tools that almost fit, and pay for all five.
True for all threeYou own the code, the data and the accounts. No lock-in period. What a build costs is driven by its scope, not by which of the three it is. The full pricing is further down.
How we deliver
The call
A 30 minute call. You tell us about the problem, or the solution you already have in mind. We tell you whether we can help or not. No quote, no cost.
We check that it works
Anything with technical risk gets tested before you receive a quote. We do not want to promise something we do not know will hold. If everything is clear from the start we skip this step and say so.
The build
We build one thing that works, not everything at once. You see it take shape and can speak up along the way.
The handover
You get the system in production, the documentation and the accounts. We walk through everything together before we hand over.
Afterwards
After delivery you choose whether you want ongoing support. We decide that together once the system is live, not before.
What it costs
You get a fixed price before you decide, and know exactly what is included.
Scoped system
One thing done by hand today, automated. Connected to one of the programs you already use. For example supplier invoices being read and booked on their own.
45,000–90,000 SEK
Business system
Several connected pieces, integrated with two or three of your programs. For example customer emails answered, bookings entered and follow-ups handled without anyone reminding.
90,000–180,000 SEK
Production system
A system built for your business specifically, with its own views and its own logic. For example one that ties into the ERP, the customer register, the calendar and the phone system.
From 180,000 SEK
All prices exclude VAT.
Three things that raise the price
More programs that need to work together. Every integration is built and tested on its own. The programs also store information in different ways, so someone has to translate between them before they understand each other.
Less that already exists. If the data is structured and complete, the build goes fast. If it has to be gathered and structured first, it takes longer. That is the most common reason a build grows beyond plan.
Logic only you have. If it can be assembled from parts that already exist, it goes faster than when everything must be built from scratch.
What is included
The system in production at your company.
Documentation that explains how it works.
A walkthrough where you take over.
Your data is used only in your system. If the system handles personal data, we draw up the agreement the law requires.
After delivery
After delivery you choose whether you want ongoing support. We decide that together once the system is live, not before.

Common questions
and answers
Yes. We build, deploy and hand over. We do not resell anyone else's finished product and we do not bring in consultants to do the work.
Then you find out before you have paid for a build. We check the uncertain parts first. If it does not hold, we say no instead of building something we do not believe in, and you have not spent money getting there.
No. You pay once for a scoped first step. If you want to build further afterwards, that is a new decision, made once you have seen how the first one works.
No. The code is yours, the information is stored in formats others can read, and the accounts are in your name. If you want to switch providers or keep building yourselves, everything you need is there.
It prepares, sorts and suggests. A human approves. Together we decide where someone should look before anything goes out to a customer, and that line can be moved once you trust how it works.
Yes, if the system faces them. The EU AI Act has required since August this year that a chat or voice assistant discloses that it is an AI. We build that in without you having to ask.
