Information about how we use your work contact details

Eteya Consulting AB, company registration number 559552-7390, is the data controller.

We found your name, professional role and published work email address on your company's website or another open professional source. We use the information to assess whether a current change at the company may be relevant to a factual business contact with the person responsible for that area.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests. We only use information related to your professional role and only share it with the providers needed for our Google Workspace-based research and draft management. We do not sell the information.

Google and its subprocessors may process data outside the EEA. Where required, Google relies on adequacy decisions, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism under its Data Processing Amendment. You can contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards.

The information is normally retained for no more than 21 days from collection. If we have an ongoing dialogue, it may be retained for a shorter or longer period where there is a documented need. A minimal suppression record may be kept to ensure that we do not contact you again if you object.

You have the right to know what information we use, request rectification or erasure and, in some cases, request restriction. You always have the right to object to direct marketing. If you object, we stop that processing immediately. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
